Job Description/Specification:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in sports flooring systems, playground solutions, and outdoor sports equipment. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions for sports infrastructure projects across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
🏟️ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Qatar market
📊 Build and manage a strong and active sales pipeline
🤝 Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
🧾 Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders and projects
💬 Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients and stakeholders
🏗️ Promote sports flooring, playground systems, and outdoor fitness solutions
🏢 Build relationships with contractors, consultants, schools, sports clubs, and government entities
🎯 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals
📁 Follow up on quotations and ensure successful deal closure
Requirements
🏅 Proven experience in sports flooring, playground, or outdoor sports equipment projects
📐 Strong understanding of BOQs, project specifications, and installation requirements
🔧 Knowledge of materials, suppliers, and sports infrastructure systems
🤝 Existing network in contracting, consulting, or government sectors is an advantage
🚗 Valid Qatar driving license & valid Qatar ID required
🗣️ Arabic language skills are a plus
💼 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
