Job Description/Specification:
We are looking for a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join a prestigious hospitality team in Doha. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, visitors, and company assets while ensuring exceptional service standards are upheld at all times.
The ideal candidate is observant, professional, and capable of responding effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns within a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔒 Conduct routine patrols throughout hotel premises and surrounding areas.
📹 Monitor surveillance systems, security alarms, and fire safety equipment.
🚨 Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, accidents, and security-related concerns.
📝 Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain daily security activity records.
👥 Assist guests, visitors, and employees with safety-related requests and concerns.
⚠️ Identify and report safety hazards, security risks, or suspicious activities.
🚑 Provide basic emergency assistance and coordinate with medical or emergency services when required.
🔍 Support internal investigations by gathering information and documenting findings.
🚗 Respond to reports involving vehicle incidents, property damage, or theft.
🤝 Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional atmosphere throughout the property.
Candidate Requirements
✔ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
✔ Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
✔ Basic computer literacy and report-writing skills.
✔ Physical ability to patrol large areas and respond quickly to emergency situations.
✔ Previous security experience is beneficial but not required.
