Job Description/Specification:
A luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead training strategy, quality assurance, and staff development programs across hotel operations. This role plays a key part in enhancing service standards, employee performance, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement hotel-wide training strategies aligned with brand standards
✅ Build and manage a strong internal training network across all departments
✅ Design, deliver, and monitor training programs and learning initiatives
✅ Ensure implementation of corporate training tools, systems, and e-learning platforms
✅ Coach managers and departmental trainers to improve performance and service quality
✅ Analyze operational performance and implement corrective training solutions
✅ Oversee brand immersion and service excellence programs
✅ Prepare training budgets, business plans, and monthly performance reports
✅ Conduct quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Collaborate with leadership to align training with operational goals
Requirements
💼 Experience in hotel training, learning & development, or quality assurance; prior exposure to Forbes standards is essential
🛠️ Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, training systems, performance analysis, and service quality frameworks
🌍 Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
