Job Description/Specification:
A leading aviation training academy in Qatar is seeking an experienced Sensor Instructor to deliver advanced theoretical and practical training on mission-critical helicopter sensor systems. This role supports high-level military aviation training programs.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver training on helicopter sensor systems including radar, FLIR, electronic warfare, sonar, and acoustic buoys
✅ Train crews on surveillance, reconnaissance, and mission planning operations
✅ Teach interpretation of sensor data for tactical decision-making and threat detection
✅ Support training on coordination with crew members and operational units
✅ Ensure adherence to safety procedures and operational standards during missions
✅ Contribute to scenario-based and mission readiness training programs
Requirements
🎓 Extensive experience in military aviation, helicopter systems, or defense operations
💼 Proven expertise in aircraft sensor systems including radar, EW systems, FLIR, sonar, and mission weapons integration
🛠️ Strong ability to analyze sensor data and support operational decision-making
🌍 Excellent English communication and instructional skills
⭐ Experience with mission planning systems (MPAS) and military operational environments is required
